Additional Experience

In addition to general contracting and remodeling, I bring

extensive hands-on trade experience:

​

• 18 years of electrical apprenticeship experience under a master electrician, including new construction, remodels, service work, and inspection-approved installations.

• 17 years of plumbing experience through apprenticeship and independent project work, including both new construction and renovation projects.

Small Jobs & Emergency Calls

• A minimum service charge applies.

 

Mid-Size Projects

• Includes an initial consultation, one detailed estimate,

       and one estimate revision if needed.

​

Additional Estimates or Revisions

• Additional estimate requests or revisions require an upfront fee.

        If the project is awarded, that fee will be credited toward the contracted work.

 

Design-Build Services Available

• From concept to completion, I can assist with planning, design, budgeting,

       and construction.
